1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Resycle.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the resycle.ai website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content, Your Responsibility: You retain complete ownership of the content you upload (like PDFs, videos, or URLs). By using Resycle.ai, you promise that you have the right to use this content. We only use your content to generate new assets for *you*. We do not publish, share, or use your content for anything else without your permission.

Generated Assets: You own the rights to the assets generated by the Service based on your input, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used. We do not claim ownership over the text or content generated for you.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

5. AI Disclaimers

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help you create content faster. However, AI isn't perfect. It can sometimes make mistakes or "hallucinate" facts. By using the Service, you understand that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the Service before publishing or using it.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or reliance on generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability
